Our hope is that those who pass through Care Harbor will not need to return, and that the lines of those seeking care will grow shorter every year. Care Harbor brings medical, dental and vision care to the uninsured, underinsured and underserved in our communities. We transform arenas and other large venues into working clinics treating thousands of people in the space of a few days. We connect patients to medical homes – local clinics and practices that can provide ongoing primary and specialty care.

 

Care Harbor is also a gateway. Patients who have conditions needing follow-up are connected to medical homes for continuing care after the clinic ends. And all those who come to Care Harbor receive prevention and self-care resources that empower them to lead healthier lives. We are working to bring lasting change to the individuals and communities we serve.
